In 2007, after Jack and Kelly White finished the Wall Street Lofts, they began working with investors to refurbish historic downtown office spaces in Downtown Daytona Beach. They had a dream to see their downtown blocks prosper with retail shops and creative office spaces. Today White Star Properties is a collection of Downtown Daytona Beach commercial properties. Our mission is to provide creative, well-managed commercial lease space to local small businesses. The White Star Property collection includes The Warren Harding, The White Robin, The Coe and Wilder Building and The WH Gardiner and is professionally managed by the Jack White Land Co.
